The durable medical equipment Medicare administrative contractor (DME MAC) for jurisdiction A has released a final notice stating that as of November 30, it will accept paper claims at only one mailing address. The address, DME Jurisdiction A Claims, P.O. Box 9165, Hingham, MA 02043-9165, will replace all other claims addresses, including those previously used for claims for oxygen, mobility support, and drugs.
