Ryan Arbogast has been promoted to general manager and vice president of operations at Ohio Willow Wood. In his new position, Arbogast will oversee the operations and growth of the company.
“It is quite an honor to assume this leadership role at Ohio Willow Wood,” Arbogast said. “I’m excited about the possibilities—about how Ohio Willow Wood can refine our focus to best serve clinicians and their patients. My intention is to leverage the company’s longstanding workforce, vision, and mission to drive the success of Ohio Willow Wood in a challenging time for our industry.”
According to a company press release, Arbogast began working at Ohio Willow Wood as a teenager in the company’s knitting department while the company still produced Sterling Socks. He worked for the company during the summer throughout his high school and college years, and in 2003, Arbogast joined the company full time in its information technology department. Since then, he has worked in and managed various departments including the prosthetic foot department and, most recently, the OMEGA® Tracer® department.
