The Amputee Coalition of America (ACA), Knoxville, Tennessee, has been chosen by My Kid's Media Inc. (MKM), Mission Viejo, California, as one of its core charities, the ACA announced recently. Because of MKM's commitment to improving the lives of children, these charities receive a donation from a percentage of net revenue from every transaction on the MyKidsTunes.com website.

"It has been a privilege of mine to have been personally involved in the ACA over the years," said Michael Zalle, president/managing director of My Kid's Media. "We are delighted to add this wonderful organization to our core group of charities and are dedicated to supporting the ACA in the years to come."

The easy-to-use My Kid's Tunes web site (www.mykidstunes.com) allows adults to browse through its collection of over 40,000 songs for kids and to purchase them individually, in preexisting full albums, or in custom album collections that they create. Songs and albums can be burned to a CD or downloaded to an MP3 player or a computer.

The ACA said that it will use its donation to support its mission: "To reach out to people with limb loss and to empower them through education, support, and advocacy."

"It has been a delight working with Michael Zalle to set this up, and the ACA is very grateful to have been chosen as a core charity," said ACA President and CEO Paddy Rossbach. "We look forward to 'making music' together for many years."
