OPAF Elects Officers, Board Members

The board of directors of the Orthotic & Prosthetic Assistance Fund (OPAF) met recently in Chicago to elect new officers and board members. Effective December 1, 2008, OPAF officers will include the following people:

Deenie McKeever, daughter of Dan McKeever, founder of Southern Prosthetic Supply (SPS), Alpharetta, Georgia

Stacey Minton, New Mexico Scuba Center, Albuquerque, New Mexico

They join board members Dennis Williams, CP, Allied Orthotics & Prosthetics, Mount Laurel, New Jersey; Bill Limehouse, CP, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Bethesda, Maryland; and Bob Manfredi Sr., CPO, CPed, Manfredi Orthotic and Prosthetic Affiliates, Long Branch, New Jersey.

"This gives OPAF a full board of directors and people with many strengths and talents to offer. We are very excited about more First Clinics and events to come in 2009," said Robin Burton, OPAF executive director.
