- Houston VA Develops Online Amputee Guide The Prosthetics Section at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), Houston, Texas, has developed an amputee guide. According to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), it will soon be made available on the VA website for use by all clinicians.
