SPS Expands Clinical Staff SPS, Alpharetta, Georgia, announced the addition
of Darren Poidevin, BS, CPO, LPO, to its clinical staff as the
regional clinical and technical services manager. Poidevin's
primary focus will be directed toward SPS' product education and
field sales support. His initial duties will be to assist SPS sales
managers and customers with a full spectrum of clinical education
on products, patient selection, and fitting techniques.
Poidevin is an ABC-accredited prosthetist and orthotist and
licensed prosthetist and orthotist in the state of Texas. A
graduate of Florida International University in Miami, with a
bachelor's degree in prosthetics and orthotics, he has worked in
the O&P field for more than 12 years, most recently as a
practice manager for offices in San Antonio and Kerrville,
Texas.
Poidevin has been an instructor for workshops in the San Antonio
area, in cooperation with the University of Texas Health Science
Center at San Antonio's Division of Plastic Surgery and the
Department of Neurosurgery.
