Spectrum P&O #1 in Shasta County

Spectrum Prosthetics & Orthotics Inc., Redding, California, was voted the "Best Place to Work in Shasta County" for businesses with two to 15 employees in a event hosted by the SMART Business Resource Center.

Jeff Zeller, CP, opened Spectrum P&O three years ago and said the six-person staffoperates on the same page. "We try to portray a team effort in everything we do," Zeller said. "We cross-train each other so we all know what the other is doing." Spectrum edged out more than 40 other small businesses to earn the honor, Zeller added.
