Brame Pushes for Prosthetic Parity

Sean Brame, a 12-year-old quadrilateral amputee and the youngest member of the Amputee Support Team (AST) of central Pennsylvania, presented Congressman Todd Platts (R-PA) an "Acknowledgement and Appreciation citation" on behalf of AST for Platts' sponsorship of prosthetic parity bill HR-5615. The bill is currently in the U.S. House of Representatives.
