Touch Bionics Signs Distribution Agreement with Innovative Prosthetics & OrthoticsTouch Bionics, Livingston, Scotland, and Innovative Prosthetics
& Orthotics, New Delhi, India, announced on June 12 that they
have agreed on terms for a distribution agreement for Touch
Bionics' i-LIMBTM Hand in India.
"Innovative Prosthetics & Orthotics is delighted to have
secured distribution rights to such an exciting product," said
Rakesh Srivastava, President & CEO of Innovative Prosthetics
& Orthotics. "This agreement is a continuation of Innovative's
efforts toward providing the very newest technologies to our
O&P customers."
Touch Bionics International Business Director Gaurav Mishra
stated in a press release that "Innovative Prosthetics &
Orthotics's industry connections will allow us to reach a far
greater number of practitioners across India." Touch Bionics CEO
Stuart Mead added, "Of course, Touch Bionics' direct sales focus in
the region remains undiminished."
