oandp.com, TOP India Enter Technology Partnership

Total Orthotics & Prosthetics (TOP) India Ltd., Utter Pradesh, a network serving O&P facilities in India, has entered into a technology partnership with OPIE Software, Gainesville, Florida. TOP will use OPIE purchasing and inventory software as the technology infrastructure for its distribution and central fabrication services.

Working with TOP, OPIE Software producer oandp.com developed a special version of its software that will provide an interface between the organization and all of its member facilities. According to oandp.com, complete product catalogs will be included from a number of international manufacturers, allowing TOP members to select, configure, and order parts electronically. Paul E. Prusakowski, CPO, FAAOP, president of oandp.com, said in a press release, "After visiting India last year to evaluate TOP, I was excited about the potential demonstrated by this company. We are pleased to help them rapidly build their business model."
