Hanger Hires, PromotesFor the month of October, Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics, a
division of Hanger Orthopedic Group, Bethesda, Maryland, announced
the following promotions and new hires:
Deanna Fish, MS, CPO, has been promoted to
director of orthotics. Prior to her promotion, Fish held the
position of director, clinical support for Innovative Neurotronics,
Austin, Texas. She earned her bachelor's degree in prosthetics and
orthotics from the University of Washington, Seattle, and her
master's degree in biomechanics from the University of Oregon,
Eugene.
Martha Matthews, CPO, has been hired as the
practice manager of Hanger's Greensboro, North Carolina, patient
care center. Matthews graduated from Lees McRae College, Banner
Elk, North Carolina, with a bachelor of arts degree and earned her
prosthetic and orthotic certificate from the Newington Certificate
Program, Connecticut.
Lisa Peterson, CO, has been hired to Hanger's
Hibbing, Minnesota, patient care center. A graduate of the orthotic
practitioner program at Century College, White Bear Lake,
Minnesota, Peterson earned her bachelor's degree in biology from
the University of Wisconsin.
Ted Stelmat, CO, joined Hanger's Shrewsbury,
Massachusetts patient care center. Stelmat graduated from the
University of Massachusetts with a bachelor's degree in exercise
science.
