Simply Maximum Prosthetic & Orthotic Care
MaxCare Prosthetics and Orthotics was established in 1995 in Fort Wayne,
Indiana to provide quality prosthetic and orthotic care. To help achieve our
mission, we subscribe to and promote the following:
- Our professional patient care staff is accredited by the American Board for
Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Inc (ABC).
- We believe in the essentials of the National Commission of Orthotic and
Prosthetic Education (NCOPE) and support these essentials at every opportunity.
- Services are rendered only in consultation with or by prescription from a
licensed physician.
- We adhere to and give high esteem to the American Board for Certification
in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Inc., Canons of ethics.
- As health care professionals, we make listening to our clients an essential
process to enhance our care outcomes.
- We believe in keeping abreast of technological change, and do so. However,
we strongly believe that the ultimate prosthetic and orthotic device is none and
that the second ultimate device is, often, the most simple device that can
achieve the intended outcomes.
Helping our clients achieve function that is consistent with their
prescribed plan of treatment and/or maximum potential is our primary goal.
MaxCare's professional staff is trained to effectively deliver a wide range of
comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic services.
