Carol Lynn has been working for Faith since 1976. After receiving her associates degree at Peace College in Raleigh, NC, she earned a Bachelor of Journalism-Public Relations and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to her corporate duties, Carol Lynn is a certified post surgical compression garment specialist.

A freelance journalist and copy editor, she is also an avid reader and company historian. Carol Lynn enjoys flower gardening and recreational walking, as well as camping and owning Old English sheepdogs with her husband, Rick. She is a past member of the Charlotte Writers Club and has volunteered for Easter Seals, United Cerebral Palsy, and March of Dimes Foundations.
