The most recent issue of Palaestra: Forum of Sport, Physical Education, and Recreation for Those With Disabilities has a short article on a low-cost hands-free mouse. This product is suitable for anyone who has trouble using a conventional mouse, or simply wants an alternative method to move the curser.

It's a simple USB powered Infrared adapter that fits any computer. The user places a self-stick dot where desired [for example, on the bridge of one's eyeglasses], and then movement of that body part results in corresponding curser movement. Because this device has applications for gamers and others in the general public, the costs are lower than is usually the case for adaptive equipment.
