For those of you on the listserv that have gone through RAC audits.What were
your percentages of claims that passed audit the first time? Did you submit
discussion forms to the contracted auditor or skip straight to the
redetermination appeal? How many passed at that level of appeal? How many
passed at the reconsideration appeal level? How many had to go to the
Administrative Law Judge? And how long did it take to get to that point?
How many were finally overturned by the ALJ? Thanks.
