Hello List Members, Has anyone else seen the latest publication of the O&P Business News? Has anyone read the article titled:

"O&P in the Balance.... Affordable Care Act contains many features that benefit O&P"? I am wondering if anyone in this field agrees with this article, if anyone feels that the Afordable Care Act even COVERS O&P. I have looked on the AOPA website and read the information relating to the lobbying efforts, meetings with Sec of HHS, and other attempts to get O&P added to the "Essential Benefits Package", but it all seems to be a failed effort still today. I am wondering what other's thoughts are here. I will share my thoughts in another email....maybe. Thanks, Jim DeWees, CP
