Survey report on LDDD available by request

Hi list,

Thanks to all who filled out the surveys on lumbar degenerative disc disease prescription trends for my orthotic residency project. Some folks who filled out the surveys wished to know the results. The research project write up is available by request. The surveys were anonymous, so email me if you would like a copy.
