Consultation request for construction of a Custom made Ankle foot orthosis

Dear All,   We have a patient, 29 years old female. She has amputations of first through third toes & fourth and fifth metatarsal of his left foot. Her left foot is pronated and lateral rotated. The physician wants us to prevent lateral rotation and correct it gradually by a custom made night splint.
