K-3 Knee for 300 pound man.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good K-3 level knee for a 305 pound man. My problem is all the knees I have looked at have a (K-4) 5930 L code attached and he does not meet that criteria. Any help on how this scenario is handled in other practices would be appreciated.
