lift to use with cam walker

Hello everyone. I remember seeing a picture of a removable lift to use on sound side for someone wearing a cam walker to even out pelvis. This lift attaches externally to shoe and it is some kind of elastic plastic that attaches to the shoe and can be easily removed from one shoe to another. Please let me know who manufactures or distributes this item. Thank you for your kind assistance. Daniel
