400 lb components

Looking for a rotatable pyramid or rotating male 3-prong adapter for 390 lb. AK patient.
Also need a grace plate or similar which is appropriate for this weight level.  These parts will need to be compatable with the TiMed KN-500 knee.  Thanks for any responses.
