Ultraflex Elbow brace

Dear Members:



I have an international patient who has an EO-F1 elbow extension splint from
Ultraflex. They are in need of a replacement pad and strap kit. Ultraflex
has since stopped manufacturing this device and no longer stocks replacement
straps/liners nor will they custom manufacture them.



Does anyone have a replacement kit or two at their facility that they are
willing to sell me for this patient? The kit brings four replacement straps
and two neoprene cuffs.
