Amputee golfer component recommendation?

Dear list,
I have a new transfemoral amputee who is an avid golfer. I am asking for
your recommendations and experience regarding the ideal components and
alignment concerns. Also, if there are additional print or video resources
for prosthetist or amputees available, please direct me to these.
