I offer an in-house apprenticeship and teach fabrication of any type orthosis.  I've done numerous lectures on KAFO fab, but don't know anyone that teaches it as a course.  I could put one together for enough attendees, but it wouldn't be cheap.  Nobody does it better.  Good luck.
