Harmonica support for incomplete tetraplegic and Spine Atrophy patient.

Dear fellows , do you know any kind of adaptor to help a Spine Atrophy
patient that has only small movements of his thumb to play Harmonica.The
support should assist to mantain her arm in position while playing the
Harmonica that would be on another support.
