Prosthetic documentation for Medicare
Posted By: Jim Thelen on September 26, 2012
Hello List, I've looked through all my LCDs and Articles about Lower Limb Prosthetics and can not find the answer. Can a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant complete the required Medicare documentation for a TF Prosthesis or does it need to be an MD or DO? Thanks in advance.
