More Pre-payment information
Posted By: Wil on August 17, 2012
Hello Again Colleagues and Guests, Today, I've posted two links and a PDF document to the oandpsolutions.org website. These documents are from the SBA and refer to the Regulatory Flexibility Act. It is a 150+ page document, so I need some immediate help. If some who read this post could read the document and comment, I'd sure appreciate it. This could end up being a very important document in our efforts to get some fairness back into the O&P world with Medicare. I have not read the document yet, so it may not be relevant, but it sure looks like it could be helpful. Additionally, I feel quite sure that the SBA will be interested in what is happening with our small profession. If nothing else, they may be able to refer us to larger groups who have clout in matters such as this. In the meantime, I'm going to give the SBA a call to see where they might stand on matters such as the pre-payment issue. Thanks again. Wil Haines, CPO MaxCare Bionics Avon, IN |
