new edge brace...who carries them?

Hi list,
I have a gentleman looking for a replacement brace. I cannot find info to
order from. Anyone carrying them? Where do you buy it?
It is basically an OTS wrist thumb splint with a lace-up and velcro closure
instead of velcro straps. Blue in color.
