I do not know what practicing would be like now, without this system.The ability to retrieve patient data at the click of the mouse, or to access L-codes easily when doing coding, is priceless. As a software team, I have been pleased with the most recent updates, and it seems that our requests and ideas as clinicians are being put to use in the system. I love being able to open a note template, write a note, choose whether or not it is a billable appointment, and then track that billable device in compliance. All of these things make for a very efficient work day, and in the end a happy patient because we are able to keep our ducks in a row by using the software.

I use OPIE for all of my patient notes, L-code selection and justification, and detailed Rx's. Going through the system makes it so easy! With OPIE, there's no confusion since each appointment must be assigned to a practitioner.
