Usage

Grip Prehensors are high performance hand replacements and sophisticated tools, capable of a wide range of prehension from delicate manipulations to magnum gripping power. Slice a tomato, peel a banana, hammer, use a wrench, weight lift, shoot a bow and more!

Materials

• Grip 1s have stainless steel side plates and thumb with aircraft aluminum structural cores and wrist adapters.
• Grip 2Ss and Grip 1s are all-metal units.
• GRIP 2Ss come standard with titanium side plates or can be ordered with heat treated stainless steel side plates. (GP 2SSS).
• The stainless model has the best "wear" characteristics but weights approximately 3 ounces more than the standard model.
• Grip 3s have titanium side plates and wrist adapters, surgical grade stainless steel structural thumb members and replaceable, tan (T), medium brown (MB) or dark complexion (DK) polyurethane gripping surfaces.

TRS's educational CD is recommended for proper installation and training.

Locking Pin Product Code: AL PIN 3 Specifications A simple, rugged, all stainless steel pin with ball detent and a 1 in. diameter finger ring to be used with modified Grip Prehensors. Prehensor must be modified by drilling through the outer plates with a #11 drill to accommodate this locking pin. (Instructions included.) One or more locking positions are possible. Manually operated. Applications include weight lifting, archery, etc. Use anywhere positive, manual locking and unlocking of Grip Prehensors is desired. Note: TRS does not perform the modification. Modified Grips are not returnable.
