V-Tech Systems in Action! - V-Tech Systems Corp.

	The V-Tech System allows mounting of multiple components in the same setup for accurate, laser-guided alignment. Components can be maneuvered independently for precise alignment. Adjustments can be made in all planes and levels either before or during fabrication.
	Double top-mounting permits unique tandem alignment prior to fabrication. Precision is assured by laser alignment equipment or digital protractors, both available from V-Tech.

Extremely accurate transfer of dynamic alignment measurements from the test socket to the finished device is made possible by the unique tandem setup shown here.

The range of applications afforded by the V-Tech Systems can be seen here. The socket can be properly clamped into the fixture which is then inserted into the V-Tech system for alignement. The clamping fixture and socket can be removed and replaced without losing alignment. The table tilts along the X and Y axes, permitting precise preload on a device like the energy storing unit shown. Table alignment is measured by the attached digital inclinometer.
