
Rick Fleetwood
Rick Fleetwood, CEO of Snell Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory, Little Rock, Arkansas, was named Arkansas’ Powerful Man of Philanthropy by Arkansas’ lifestyle magazine, Active Year. Fleetwood, who has been with Snell P&O for more than 30 years, was recognized for his statewide and national philanthropic endeavors.
According to a Snell press release, Fleetwood is active with many community-betterment focused organizations, with special emphasis on individuals with disabilities. The list includes such organizations as United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Arkansas, Easter Seals of Arkansas, St. Vincent Hospital, St. Vincent de Paul, Little Rock Mental Health, the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), Alzheimer’s Arkansas, Centers for Youth and Families, Easter Seals, Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute (CARTI), Little Rock Mental Health, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), Little Rock. He is also the national chairman of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) political action committee (PAC).
