Prosthetic Hope International (PHI) was among three honorees recognized by the Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI) for breaking down barriers to employment and community access for people with disabilities. PHI received the Circle of Excellence Award at BDI’s annual Breakfast With Champions, which was held March 28. The event highlights Atlanta-area businesses that partner with BDI to hire people with disabilities, the contributions of people with disabilities in the workplace, and the people who create opportunities for people with disabilities to achieve independence and personal success.
The Circle of Excellence Award honors organizations and individuals who have made significant contributions to the lives of people with disabilities. PHI is a nonprofit organization that provides prostheses, orthoses, and ongoing care to patients in Atlanta and Belize who would be otherwise unable to afford them.
