Welcome to the intersection of orthotics and prosthetics in cyberspace!
This month's Corner begins with the third and final report in a series on the World Congress of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics held in Glasgow, Scotland, highlighting lower limb prosthetics. On the domestic front, there is a brief update on Horton's Stance Control Orthotic Knee Joints. Additional chapters from the texts on lower limb prosthetics and orthotics that have been translated into Spanish are posted. This Corner also includes comments about web sites with clinically useful information and a correction to the information in August clarifying that it was the Bauerfeind Group, not Medi, who acquired the German suppliers.
Please feel free to leave your comments and suggestions regarding this information in our guest book. If you would like to be notified by e-mail whenever this corner is updated, please become a registered user of oandp.com.
