Prosthetic socks (hole-in-toe) with minimal distal thickness
Posted By: Mitchell Visser on March 17, 2017
Hi All, We are looking for prosthetic socks for pin suspension with minimal distal thickness in the umbrella area, while still having a tailored hole for the pin. For example: 1-ply throughout, transitioning to sheath-like thickness in the umbrella area. Interested in 1ply, 3ply, and 5 ply transitioning to sheath @ umbrella (if they exist). We have seen socks like this in the past but cannot seem to find a supplier currently. Looking for suggestions. Thanks, Mitch Mitchell Visser, B.Sc Prosthetic Clinical Resident Atlantic Prosthetic Inc. 106-199 Grafton St. Charlottetown, PE C1A 1L2 tel. (902) 368 7767 Toll Free. (866) 331 7767 (PE,NS,NB) Fax.
