I have a patient with a very large thigh to calf ratio and she has pain in her TKR. There is nothing wrong with the endo-prosthesis and they will not do surgery on her because of other health issues. She claims her knee "locks up" on her for days at a time sometimes and it has severely limited her mobility. She refuses to consider a double-upright frame style orthosis and insisted I should be able to get a custom neoprene style wrap around that will help her.

Does anyone know of any company making custom soft knee orthoses?
