I got tons of emails on this. I tried to reply to all of the But, If I didn't get back to you I apologize. One person recommended one of their old students. Call and set everything up including payment first. Several People recommended SPS - Apparently there is a warranty. PEL Supply pointed out that they repair them. Lots of people are using the Multi-Cutters. We use these as well but sometimes a cast saw works better. The old O & P labs - who sell only plastic and other supplies- in Gurnee , Ill. did some repairs but they send it out to a third party. phone # 800-666-0356..Good Luck, We have used CCSpecialties for years with numerous Stryker saws. We probably have over 12 saws and they get regular use. He has a small shop and I believe a 1 man show. He has always treated us well and never an issue.
