skin grafts and antiperspirant

Hi Everyone,
I've got an active AK in a locking gel liner with sweating issues. Would like to try some anti-perspirant but they have several large skin grafts that are only 4-5 months old. Well healed, but don't want to aggravate anything. Any advice or experience with this? As always, so appreciative of this online resource!
