18 month old Hip-Disart

We are in Bolivia with a team of prosthetist and physical therapists. We fit an 18 month old little boy, right hip-disartic, with a socket and pylon. He did great, puts full weight. Any suggestions when to articulate the hip and knee, and in which order?

Any help would be appreciated!
