Lift to cowboy boot

Hi list!
I have a patient who is currently living in Edmonton Canada. He has a lift
to his footwear and is needing a leather-soled cowboy boot done with the
same lift.
Anyone local (or close to Edmonton) able to do this to save him shipping
the boots to the east coast?
