Email Security

Dear List Serve,



I am looking for input on what providers are using for secure email
programs?



We have tried both ZIXMAIL and LOCKBIN but our email recipients are very
resistant to having to keep track of another user name and password.



We correspond with insurers, physicians and hospitals very frequently with
patient information and looking for better solution that is compliant,
effective and user friendly.



Input is greatly appreciated..I will share replies if there is an interest
in the subject.
