Knee for high intensity workouts
Posted By: Lane Ferrin on November 10, 2016
Dear Colleagues, Any suggestions of a knee that makes aggressive workouts easier? I have a 41 yr. old male, 3 weeks post TF, scores 40 on AMPNOPro. Wants to return quickly to daily high intensity workouts. Will have a SNS knee for normal use but wants something that others have had success with at the gym.
