List Serve- In regards to Ultraflex braces, upper extremity, that no don't have codes assigned to them. You have to use L3999 codes and justify based on a similar lower extremity code. Has anyone else been doing these upper extremity devices and been paid, especially when insurance is medicare, OR medicare replacement? Please let me know your experience....I understand people are using these, but my question is, are these being paid by insurance.
