combo kafo?

Greetings list
I know an individual who has left medial compartment OA along with a
chemotherapy-induced bilateral peripheral neuropathy with foot-drop on the
left. I am looking for a KAFO that combines an unloader with a dorsi assist
AFO portion. Suggestions?
