US Politics - mid-year L-code file revision

Dear Colleagues,



I've just reformatted the July 2016 revised CMS L code Excel file. I do this formatting for my own use, but I make it available to colleagues who might find it useful. All the information is from CMS. I've merely re-organized it. I offer it for free. If you find errors, keep in mind that I charge nothing and I accept no liability - but please alert me.



To receive your copy, submit the request form on our Blue Diamond Orthopedic website, www.blueDortho.com, under FOR THE ORTHOTIST. The L code Excel file will be automatically emailed to you.



In case you are interested here's how I reformat the file:



* I eliminate all but L codes

* I delete cells not containing information useful to me

* I add an average-allowable column

* I insert a long-description column to the right

* I clean up and add some color
