Used Bosko (SPL) Locking system
Posted By: Taylor, Mark on November 29, 2016
Does anyone out there have a right used Bosko (SPL) system that they would like to donate for research or sell? I have a patient who needs to get the feeling for what the joint can do before he commits to obtaining a new SPL system. (They are very expensive.) He has a KAFO recently made that was an offset knee joint system from another facility and his wife is reporting that he is constantly falling. After a thorough evaluation, I feel he is a good candidate for this system. However, is will take a lot of convincing to Medi Care to pay for another type of KAFO so recently. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Mark K.
