KAFO Joint Designs in Developing Countries

Hello all,

I am gathering information on orthotic knee joint designs that have been
used in resource-limited environments. Does anyone have information, in the
form of photos, research literature, articles, or even anecdotes, on KAFO
joints in developing countries?
