NGO's in Thailand, Cambodia or Vietnam

Hello all,

I am interested in doing some volunteer work in Thailand, Cambodia or Vietnam. I have over 25 years of experience in Orthotics and so far everything I try researching is Prosthetics related. I am wondering if anyone has experience in one of these areas and can point me in the right direction.
