Procomp experience
Posted By: Clinical Orthotic Consultants on November 28, 2016
List, ProComp, a new material , see below....we get it from Ortoped here in Canada... http://cascade-usadev.com/procomp-9385.html New material for us to use...did some testing...on a dry plaster cast it is perfect...no spring or shrinkage...came off the cast just like a lamination...have been waiting for something like this forever!!! Then, we molded over ¼” thermofoam or aliplast (similar to what most would do for CROW walkers). It shrunk on us, just like regular Polypro would do. That was a letdown. Any tips to prevent this shrinkage when molding over foams??? Or have others had this same experience???
