OTS Power Outage

Dear List Serve Members:

OTS experienced a power outage this morning lasting approximately three hours, from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM, apparently as a result of a transformer problem. The power company has replaced a circuit breaker on the transformer, and we are now operating normally.

If you tried to call or fax us without success, we apologize. We trust operations will proceed normally for the remainder of the day.
